Recently an existing Telestat 7 Call Logging Software customer of ours upgraded one of their branch office systems to include Telestat 7 Call Recording Software.
The office houses approx 14 staff whose telephony needs are provided by a Panasonic NCP IP based phone system with 8 ISDN2 trunk circuits.
The branch manager has the Real-Time Leaderboard on a second screen in his office and also on a 60 inch monitor in the main office where it is visible to all the staff.
They use the custom colours on the Leaderboard.
They use the Telestat 7 Call Recording Software for training, monitoring and customer complaint handling as this is the main function they perform. The Manager and other senior members of staff extns are excluded from being recorded.
The branch manager is delighted with the system, so much so that he has persuaded 2 other branches to order systems for themselves.
